Working Pattern: 35 hours per week ( Full-time) Monday –Friday

Location: Interim Facility: Advance Manufacturing Research Centre Heatley House, Bowram Street, Preston 

We have an exciting role for an Administrative Assistant at the new AMRC based in Preston supporting the two directors.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join the AMRC NW. The role will be dynamic and interesting, and is ideally suited to someone with an administrative background. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse office environment providing comprehensive administrative support to the directors and research team.

You will be working within a busy office and must be able to manage your own workload and carry out a number of roles within the team. You will be conducting general administrative tasks including, but not limited to, preparing requisitions, orders, sales invoices using the University’s SAP system and marketing administration. The role will also involve the organisation of events and visitors to the centre.

You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C or Grade 9-5 and experience in an administration role ideally supporting a team.
