Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Seminole Tribe of Florida Brighton Buildings and Grounds department staff in a variety of administrative and office support services. Work involves assignments that require some independence in making decisions and obtaining solutions while adhering to and/or operating within established policies, rules and guidelines. The individual serves as a call center for the work order system, provides information regarding the status of a work order. The individual may enter information in the work order system, generates reports, composes memos and assist with various projects, as well as prepares, audits/monitors invoices and expense reports. The incumbent exercises good judgment when planning and accomplishing goals. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified herein. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
