What You’ll Do:
- Answers and screens all incoming phone lines, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, handle general inquiries, greet visitors
- Maintain electronic appointment calendar, schedule appointments, manage appointment statistics database, manage walk-in appointments and manage reception coverage schedule ensuring complete and consistent coverage of the business advising reception area.
- Train student workers and new staff on all reception processes and protocol.
- Assist with special projects including but not limited to: new student file creation, manage quarterly advisor/appointment statistics, execute quarterly registration call campaigns, creates and maintains departmental information; facilitate equipment reservation.
- Manage general office processes including: oversee supplies and office purchases, work orders, sorting and distribution of mail, maintaining reception area, bulletin boards and literature racks.
- Participate in special events as sponsored by the College and other University offices.
- High school diploma required, some college preferred, previous office experience desirable.
