Administrative Assistant

You’ll be:

  • Performing moderately difficult to complex administrative tasks for a manager, department, and/or business unit. May support a customer team. Responsibilities may include supervision, performance management and work assignments for administrative personnel.
  • Preparing of reports including the coordination, formatting, and distribution of data for client reporting requirements.
  • Coordinating meetings and logistical details for the project, department, or business unit, including travel, off-site meetings and audio-visual requirements. May attend meetings and record minutes.
  • Organization and prioritization of assignments and taking initiative to follow through on pending items.
  • Handling Operation and maintenance of general office equipment such as copier and fax.
  • Distributing and maintenance of filing for reports, forms, and other files.
  • Coordinating with Office Services, project moves and parking
  • Updating the SharePoint site
  • Supervising of junior or intermediate staff members.

You’ll have:

  • Job Specific Knowledge: Previous administrative experience in a professional business environment
  • Industry specific administrative/secretarial experience.
  • HSE Capability: Is aware of, adheres to, supports and promotes all HSE policies and procedures.
  • IT Skills: Proficient with several software applications particularly MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint.
  • People Skills: Strong communication and proven leadership skills
  • Other: Experience in specialized practices and/or procedures within a company environment
