The role
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our customer and stakeholders by ensuring material is delivered to its correct location in a timely manner, you will be working as a core part of a passionate team who are all aligned to delivering the best possible result to our end user.
Day-to-day, you will monitor internal communications to ensure that all data relating to repairable assets is recorded in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Supporting contract administration activities.
- Orderbook management.
This role is full time working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Administrative Assistant
- SAP administration such as data collation and uploading contract, supplier, and material data.
- Experience of being a liaison between business functions.
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant
- Educated to Level 2 in National Qualification Framework(NQF) as a minimum (GCSE grade C or above, level 1 National Vocational qualification (NVQ), Level 1 diploma ).
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
