Job Description:

• The department is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Application Processing Specialist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an office setting handling sensitive information. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to follow established procedures while meeting daily deadlines and productivity goals.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Data entry skills (preferably someone who can type at least 55 wpm)
• Ability to understand and follow established procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience working in an office environment, handling confidential information
• Experience receiving and reconciling payments
• Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
• Experience performing research to solve problems
