Our client in the nonprofit sector is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. This role involves a myriad of administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, customer service, managing data entries, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls

• Providing excellent customer service to meet client needs

• Accurately entering and managing data

• Corresponding via email with clients and team members

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, for various tasks

  Requirements

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple lines simultaneously

• Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of creating positive experiences for clients or customers

• Experience with data entry, demonstrating high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle email correspondence in a detail oriented manner, ensuring timely responses and effective communication

• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating adaptability in varying communication scenarios

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, utilize formulas, and analyze data

• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization

• Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create, edit, and present detail oriented presentations

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently

• Capable of scheduling appointments effectively, ensuring optimal time management and organization
