Administrative Assistant in Lewis Center, Ohio

Aston Carter is currently seeking an experienced administrative professional for an opening on the north side of Columbus!!

Job Description:

  • Assist project managers with administrative tasks throughout various projects

  • Utilize internal systems and Microsoft Office for administrative support tasks

  • Follow the company-endorsed business process and best practices and make recommendations on system/process improvements

  • Assist with internal HR Data Entry (Employee Records, Data Entry of hours worked/projects completed, etc.)

  • Maintain document retention strategy for retaining hard and electronic copies of service acknowledgements, work orders, inspection reports, as well as internal agreements and customer documentation

  • Always maintain confidentiality of customer and employer information

  • Dispatching or scheduling experience with Technicians, Project Managers, etc. a plus

  • Perform other duties as directed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative role

  • Accelerated in data entry, and Microsoft Office
