Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the heart of Los Angeles, California. As an integral part of our team in the legal education sector, you will be tasked with managing various administrative duties, handling student communications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming student calls and provide necessary assistance

• Efficiently process student applications

• Schedule and manage appointment requests

• Ensure prompt and accurate handling of mail

• Assist in the use and management of Microsoft Office Suite

• Provide high-quality customer service

• Manage administrative duties as necessary. Requirements • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professionalism and a strong work ethic
