YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
- General office responsibilities such as answering the telephone, greeting visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, responding to e-mails, filing, minute taking.
- Database operation concerned with accidents, mail, abnormal loads and road works.
- Management & processing of Accident Insurance Claims from inception to completion.
- Administration of traffic data from computerised counting system for inclusion in reports and road work notifications.
- Preparation and collation of regular monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Technical staff support and liaison.
- Purchasing of general office supplies.
- Responsible for invoicing and related financial records/reports.
- Manage Complaints & Enquiries.
- Monitor QA documentation/records.
- Monitor and populate Audit Database records
- Booking, monitoring and reporting of roadspace.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
- GCSE Level or equivalent including English or demonstrable experience in administrative or business support working capacity
- Administration/Secretarial training, an advantage but not essential.
- Have good communication skills and be a team player able to communicate with senior managers, supervisors and clients alike.
- Have enthusiasm and drive and recognise the importance of maintaining a well-ordered administration office in a dynamic and fast-moving business.
- Be thorough and methodical yet adaptable and keen to improve performance.
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Professional approach with good communication skills at all levels
