Job Description:

• Microsoft software (M365)
• Specifically, three years of experience with Excel.

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:

• 3 Years of Administrative experience
• Exposure to confidential and complex work
• Exposure to sensitive information

Mandatory skills/certification(s) required:

• Customer Service
• Team Building

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee badge issuance, including information verification, design, photo capture, and printing.
• Perform accurate and confidential data entry, verification, and maintenance, while generating reports and ensuring compliance with company procedures and deadlines.
• Manage and maintain accurate LMS data, including user profiles, enrollments, training records, and content, while generating reports and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Manage and analyze data using spreadsheets by performing calculations, creating visualizations, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, automating tasks, maintaining organized files, and collaborating with team members.
