DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team specialising in Engineering for our Cummins Emissions Solutions Business Unit in Darlington, United Kingdom.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Efficient Data Management: By accurately gathering, compiling, and inputting data, you ensure the team has reliable information for decision-making.

Research and Reporting: Conducting research and preparing statistical reports helps the team stay informed and make data-driven decisions.

Administrative Support: Handling routine to complex information requests and preparing documents ensures smooth operations and effective communication within the team.

Visitor and Inquiry Management: Responding to or redirecting inquiries and receiving visitors ensures that all interactions are handled professionally and promptly.

Payment Processing: Preparing and submitting documentation for payments ensures that vendors and suppliers are paid on time, maintaining good relationships.

Policy Documentation: Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures helps ensure consistency and compliance within the department.

Team Collaboration: Participating in business improvement projects and assignments fosters teamwork and contributes to the department’s continuous improvement.

Mentorship: Acting as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience helps build a supportive and knowledgeable team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
