Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in an administrative role in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Support administrative related site affairs including offsites, meetings, events, scheduling, and coordination.
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines.
- Oversee the site culture committee, be responsible for planning team events, activities, and building team culture.
- Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary. Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Serve as a technical manager for small projects.
