“I can succeed as a Senior Executive Assistant at Capital Group.”
Role Summary: Partners with EACG Snr Managers to consistently provide a high level of support through proactive work practices, strong execution and consistent follow-through. May also provide administrative support to a broader department or team. Independently manages a range of tasks and responsibilities. Works under direction only as needed. Applied deep working knowledge of the asset management industry, Capital Group, EACG and Managers/ priorities and preferences to support their managers. Optimizes their managers’ time and efficiency by taking full ownership of all support. Proactively withs with peers to ensure the success of the coverage team. Where necessary, perform tasks to support the local office environment.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
