Business Assets International’s (BAI) and Assets, Residence and Valuations (AR&V) are responsible for a diverse range of functions and this role is to support BAI and AR&V with their administrative tasks.
Job description
We are looking for a team player with a with a can-do attitude and passion for supporting people by providing excellent customer service. You will need an adaptable and flexible approach to be able to adjust to business requirements when necessary. Our Business Support Officers on Assets, Residence and Valuations play a crucial role in the team, helping it run smoothly by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities will include:
This role provides day-to-day administrative support on tasks such as maintaining referral records, bulk scanning, minute taking, and travel booking; this list is not exhaustive and will include other tasks requested by your line manager as the team receives new commissions.

- To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of being a team player with the ability to build relationships, to ensure all shared responsibilities are fulfilled. You will also have experience of using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) as well as adaptability to new digital tools.
Essential Criteria:
The essential criteria focus on core transferable skills and attributes that a candidate must demonstrate:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Digital Platforms: Proficiency in using software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as adaptability to new digital tools.
- Willingness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards training and skill development to build competency in the role.
- Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: A positive attitude toward working in a team environment and supporting colleagues.
- Confidentiality: A trustworthy nature and an understanding of the importance of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately, with an awareness of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Benefits
