Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Community Continence Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Manage patient and healthcare provider enquiries
- Update patient records and scheduling appointments
- Facilitate communication within the Trust and with external partners
- Help with data management, audit support, and policy compliance
- Help manage the Nurses’ diaries

- Experience working in a customer service or patient facing environment
- Knowledge of data protection guidelines
- Experience of managing own workload in a busy role and working independently to complete tasks on time

- Knowledge of a range non-routine administrative procedures and ability to create new procedures
