Opportunity Overview: As an Administrative Specialist you will assist the department with the daily workflow. You will be located onsite in Bridgman, MI. This will be a long-term contract position reporting to client management.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Be a department training coordinator
• Will support In-processing of new personnel, will be qualified as a proctor to support training qualification and requalification
• Schedule meetings
• Follow-up on assigned actions
• Track documents in routing and contact reviewers to keep reviews/approvals moving
• Other tasks as assigned

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computers and the use of office-oriented equipment and software.
• Relationshipbuild abilities
• Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.
• Are a candidate local to the area

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18/hour to $28/hour.
