- Represents Director and organization on a variety of business and administrative matters
- Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures
- Reports directly to the FOM Director assisting in the smooth operation of the division business functions
- Performs a wide variety of duties as required by daily operations
- Works directly with the division leadership team and project team members
- Receives, screens, and redirects incoming communications as appropriate and identifies items requiring priority attention
- Independently responds to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature
- Ensures work is completed in a timely, professional manner with attention to details
- Works with administrative staff to arrange meetings, events and programs as directed
- Manages special projects as directed
- Researches and writes first draft reports on routine administrative matters
- May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required
- Reviews status of projects and develops administrative mechanisms for monitoring project progress to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Assists in selection of administrative personnel

- High school diploma: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- ORAssociate’s Degree: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Typical experience ranging from 7 to 10 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business, office administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible administrative/office management work experience preferred
- Experience in SAP applications (YBuy, APlus, Travel, etc.) is preferred
- Requires knowledge of administrative and general office management practices and excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to research complex issues, organize multiple sources of data, develop a plan, and communicate effectively
- Requires a high level of trust, integrity, and a customer service mindset
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
