Administrative Support – Salary circa £ 23900 – 6 months Fixed Term Contract

This friendly team consists of 16 people who are all responsible for a range of demands, from effectively completing mid-term changes, running training sessions on Healthpoint, to onboarding policies.

We will ensure members on a corporate company scheme will have a positive experience, through coaching & developing individuals within the team, whilst becoming a subject matter expert.

A bit about the job:

Our new colleague will provide an effective, pro-active service to all customers, ensuring all policy details are updated managed accurately within agreed service standards and agreements. Part of this role is to take ownership and use your Systems Thinking knowledge to investigate and resolve often complex queries. Completing demands received from internal and external customers through a variety of channels so you must be confident to communicate with relevant stakeholders across business areas such as Claims, Large Corporate, Offshore Admin, Finance & Change/Transformation teams.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • A true passion for doing the right thing for our customers, whether internal or external with an agile approach to problem solving in a fast-paced service environment
  • A good knowledge of Excel and Word skills being preferred but must have a strong desire to learn to become an expert.
  • Excellent relationship management skills including internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Ability to represent the team on projects and inform/advise the line managers of the impact of these on the teams work and resources.
  • Be open to change & look for opportunities to streamline process, using System Thinking methodology whilst supporting team members to do the same.

  • Starting salary circa £ 23900 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
