Job Overview

We are recruiting for two administration support roles at Braintree on a fixed-term contract. Within this role you will be supporting with various technical administrative tasks, some include; updating Emax ERP systems, updating microsoft excel spreadsheets, Liaising with global teams, and ensuring the Central Part Registry is kept up to date. Please see detailed list of key tasks and job responsibilities below.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with global teams on various technical admin tasks such as global trade compliance.
  • Raise GTS tickets for harmonised tariff (HS) and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classification.
  • Assist with Emax system and production requirements to fulfil engineering function.
  • Support updating of Emax ERP system.
  • Raising of TE Connectivity Part Numbers (TCPN).
  • Ensuring Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) is kept up to date.
  • Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with necessary data.

What your background should look like:

  • Intermediate skills on main Microsoft Office packages (Outlook and Excel)
  • GCSE’s grades 9-4 (A-C) in Science, Mathematics & English
  • Either ONC/HNC/HND/Degree level qualification
  • Microsoft Office experience – mainly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint programs
  • Previous experience of global trade compliance beneficial
  • ERP system experience (Emax experience beneficial)
