Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 6pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Williams Lea seeks an Administrator to join our team!
Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Williams Lea employees, nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best cost company offshore locations.
Purpose of role
The Administrator will work as part of a newly created Finance team to provide the highest level of customer service to our client’s requirements. Whilst the list of tasks in this document is not exhaustive, the Administrator may cover any combination of the tasks set out below and will provide excellent customer service, performing all operations requested without direct supervision.
This includes, but is not limited to, the efficient and prompt answering of queries, adhering to the clients and Williams Lea’s, policies and procedures, courteous interaction with clients, completing all work within the agreed services levels and assisting with completing general administrative duties as and when required.
The Administrator is accountable for maintaining the established relationship between the client and Williams Lea. This is an entry-level position.
