Administrator (Part Time – 25 hours per week)

Location: Elgin

Your new role

As an Administrator you will support the Business Support Manager in delivering an efficient and effective administrative service to Robertson Timber Engineering: 

What you’ll do:

• Organise annual Health Surveillance and referrals for the operatives
• Provide support in ensuring RTE’s accreditations and certificates are renewed, providing up to date documentation as required
• Quality ISO9001 document management support
• Attend disciplinaries / investigatory meetings and take minutes when required.
• Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires as required
• Support with Internal Audits
• Support with SiteSafe management
• SharePoint/People support, including uploading recognitions and events on the PF Platform
• ACC (Auto Cloud Construction) administration and support
• Perform general ad hoc administrative duties such as: Specsavers vouchers, travel bookings, stationery orders and office mail

What you’ll need:

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills
• High level of communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
• Ability to work without supervision and use own initiative
• Ability to manage confidential information sensitively
• Strong diligence
• Helpful and flexible approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint)
• Experience of office administration in a busy office desirable
• Educated to higher grade standard or equivalent

This is a hands-on administrative and customer support role – internal and external – so you’ll be a quick learner, adaptable and have great people skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably have previous experience of working in an office environment and proficient on Microsoft office 365 packages. This is certainly a role where you will be able to grow and develop
