Salary: £25k – £27k DoE + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full timeThe Package

You will provide operational and admin support to the projects team. You may also assist in planning and running smaller projects, with support from the team managers.Administrator – Skills & Experience

  • Work to deadlines
  • Organise deliveries of equipment to sites
  • Update information in Tracking Sheets
  • Manage day to day resource activities
  • Capture and record issues
  • Manage changes
  • Create quotations and manage billing activities
  • At least 2 years of experience of Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working within a busy office environment
  • A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
  • Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Close focus on attention to detail
  • Able to work accurately following a procedure
