Overview
The Utah State University Office of Admissions seeks an energetic, student-oriented individual to join our Recruitment Team as the Admissions Specialist for the Kaysville campus, serving the Brigham/Tremonton/Kaysville region. This position is primarily responsible for recruitment efforts within Davis, Weber, and Box Elder counties and will office at USU Kaysville. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to work effectively with prospective students, parents, community partners, high school counselors, and USU departments.
Recruitment at USU is a team effort. The successful candidate will be instrumental in recruiting targeted student populations, exploring growth markets, and building relationships across USU’s statewide system. The candidate must be a self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
This position allows flexibility in the work schedule and can accommodate slight variations to traditional business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. Travel throughout the territory is expected, with occasional trips to Logan and other statewide locations.
