Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for Support Workers to support Adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, dementia and physical disabilities. We have various services in the area including supported living homes, outreach support and residential bungalows. Some support is shared and some on a 1-1 basis.
The services are located near to the town center and also in a residential area and generally all have good public transport links.
Responsibilities include:
·Supporting people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
·Supporting people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
·Supporting the management of people’s finances.
·Keeping people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
·Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
