WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing Advanced Body Shop Solutions (ABS) to our clients, conducting analyses, and promoting consultancy services that enhance body shop operations. This role demands strong people skills, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt services to the South African market.

Duties will include the following: 

• Conduct comprehensive body shop analyses using GPA and other consultancy tools.
• Promote and train relevant internal staff on our consultancy services.
• Develop internal team support to enhance consultancy offerings.
• Deliver presentations to promote consultancy services at both internal and external events.
• Strive to develop additional consultancy services tailored to the local market.
• Support the sales team in acquiring new business by leveraging consultancy tools and expertise as needed.
• Retain existing business through the effective use of consultancy tools and expertise.
• Adapt services to meet South African market conditions.
• Transfer local benchmarking knowledge to South African colleagues.
• Support the rollout of Refinity and serve as a Refinity administrator and expert.
• Perform GPA analysis for customers.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of industry experience in automotive refinishing or related fields
• Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in PC literacy, essential MS Office skills, and SAP experience is advantageous
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong presenting, facilitating, and negotiation skills
• A qualification as a Painter will be a plus
