Location: North Hollywood, CA 91605
Shift: 1st Shift – 7am – 3:30pm
Duration: 6 Months   
Payrate: $45/hr. to $50/hr.  on W2 without benefits (depending on experience)
Job Summary:

• Seeking a Supply Chain Quality Engineer to support supplier quality and improvement initiatives within the Aerospace division.
• This role focuses on ensuring supplier compliance, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality parts on time while supporting customer and business objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve supplier quality, delivery, and performance against KPIs.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
• Support Zero Defect initiatives and supplier audits (AS9100, Nadcap).
• Participate in supplier qualification, PPAP/APQP, and first article inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on new products and process improvements.
• Support supplier work transfers and regulatory or customer audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Aerospace Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, APQP/PPAP, SPC, PFMEA.
• Experience with Zero Defect concepts preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Quality certifications (ASQ, Six Sigma, AS9100 Auditor) are a plus.
