Agile Delivery Manager | End-User-Experience | Kanban | Microsoft Suite | Infrastructure | Central London Office | £70,000Method Resourcing has partnered with a world-leading, global, specialist financial services business who are looking to add an Agile Delivery Lead to their existing IT function in the delivery and maintenance of critical infrastructure services. My client’s collective goal is to deliver and maintain best-in-class, innovative infrastructure solutions that are sustainable, resilient and inclusive.The role: The business are slightly greenfield in their Agile maturity so you will be wearing a few hats in this role including being a Project Manager, Scrum Master and Delivery Lead. You will perform a hybrid role where you will be expected to coach the squad’s to continuously improve their Agile ways of working, alongside facilitating the delivery of product development carried out by the varied squad’s.This is a great opportunity where you can add real value and create change in the business to help take them to new heights and achievements as they deliver the right solutions quickly and accurately.The skills and experience we are looking for:

• Detailed knowledge of, and experience working with, Agile practices (e.g. Kanban / Lean / Scrum).
• Financial management of delivering change in a commercial environment – able to support effective budget management within the constraints of a value stream or project environment.
• Experience with agile delivery management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps boards).
• Experience of working on transformational delivery projects, such as migrating away from legacy monolithic applications.
• Someone who is enthusiastic and energetic who can work collaboratively in order to reach a common goal.
