The team works closely with product management, technology, QA, support, implementation, and client-facing stakeholders to improve product stability, client value, and operational efficiency.
What you will be doing
You will use deep Wealth, Trust, and Global Plus Product knowledge to translate client and operational needs into clear product outcomes, practical requirements, and deliverable user stories. You will help connect business expectations with system behavior, data movement, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional execution.
Analyze business requirements in detail and convert them into clear functional expectations, product requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog-ready user stories.
Own and refine product backlog items for Wealth and Trust enhancements, support issues, reporting improvements, interfaces, downstream impacts, and client-facing outputs.
Partner with product managers, technology, QA, support, reporting, implementation, and client teams to clarify business rules, resolve issues, and deliver timely product outcomes.
Evaluate end-to-end financial data flows across upstream systems, interfaces, downstream applications, reporting platforms, and client outputs to identify dependencies, gaps, and risks.
Support client-focused product improvements by understanding pain points, driving fast issue resolution, and improving client satisfaction and confidence in the product.
Contribute to long-term product evolution through workflow improvement, operational stability, root-cause analysis, dashboards, automation opportunities, and product success measures.
What you bring
6 -10 years of hands-on Wealth and Trust domain expertise, including product behavior, business rules, client expectations, financial workflows, reporting needs, and operational dependencies.
Strong requirement analysis capabilities with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product and functional expectations.
End-to-end understanding of data flows across finance systems, including upstream feeds, interfaces, downstream applications, reporting platforms, and client-facing outputs.
Client-centric mindset with active involvement in client support, issue resolution, product discussions, and confidence-building engagements.
Fast issue-resolution approach with strong ownership, accountability, urgency, and a practical delivery focus.
Ability to bridge business, operations, technology, QA, product, and client teams by explaining how business needs connect to system behavior and data movement.
Career interests
Grow as a Product Owner within the Wealth and Trust domain, using domain expertise to shape product direction and improve client value.
Analyze business needs, define product requirements, improve workflows, and design better solutions for clients and operations teams.
Strengthen capabilities in data flow, reporting accuracy, interfaces, downstream systems, and integration between platforms.
Improve product usability and satisfaction by focusing on client pain points, faster issue resolution, and long-term client confidence.
Contribute to long-term Wealth and Trust product strategy through new features, reduced operational issues, improved stability, and product maturity.
Support operational excellence through better issue tracking, root-cause analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and actionable dashboards.
Growth opportunities
The role also creates opportunities to expand from strong requirement execution into broader product strategy, roadmap influence, commercial awareness, and executive-level product communication.
Move from requirement execution toward product roadmap planning, prioritization, market alignment, strategic feature definition, and business case preparation.
Strengthen product management skills in roadmap creation, feature prioritization, revenue impact analysis, client value measurement, and product success metrics.
Build commercial awareness around revenue generation, client retention, pricing impact, product profitability, and measurable client outcomes.
Apply AI and automation to Wealth and Trust products, including exception intelligence, error prediction, automated reconciliation, client reporting automation, operational dashboards, and AI-assisted requirement analysis.
Enhance executive communication by presenting improvements in terms of client impact, operational efficiency, risk reduction, revenue opportunity, cost saving, and strategic value.
Broaden knowledge across the Wealth ecosystem, including trust accounting, custody, portfolio accounting, investment operations, tax reporting, compliance reporting, and client portals.
Bonus if you have
experience contributing to Wealth or Trust product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, or business case development.
Hands-on exposure to reporting automation, operational dashboards, AI-assisted analysis, reconciliation improvement, or exception management.
Knowledge of adjacent Wealth ecosystem areas such as custody, portfolio accounting, investment operations, tax reporting, compliance reporting, or digital client experience.
Comfort presenting product improvements to senior stakeholders using client impact, operational efficiency, risk reduction, cost saving, and revenue opportunity.
