About The Role
We are currently seeking professionals at all levels for future roles with this team. Individuals should have experience in one of more of the following areas: claims and litigation advisory services, dispute resolution, scheduling, forensic schedule analysis, forensic accounting, productivity analysis, construction management, construction contracts administration, project controls advisory services, project management, construction cost estimating, capital budgeting, and construction contract auditing and/or project auditing.
We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.
FTI Consulting Construction Solutions is a leading global provider of commercial management, risk-based advisory, dispute resolution services and strategic communications counsel on complex projects across all construction and engineering industries.
What You’ll Do
You will be working as part of a team to assist clients through complex issues related to the construction industry. Services provided will include both project advisory support as well as dispute resolution related to large, complex construction projects. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide analysis and preparation of construction claims, CPM schedules and/or construction cost information
- Perform dispute related analyses such as delay, impact, differing site conditions, cost and damage as well as lost productivity analyses
- Prepare labor productivity studies
- Provide assistance and oversight of large capital projects and programs
- Implement or assist with corrective action plans related to the “recovery” of large capital projects
- Conduct business process assessments and development of business
- Oversee processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects
- Conduct contract compliance audits
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations

What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or related field
- Proficiency in PC environment, Microsoft Office, and Primavera (P6)
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
- Years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in management consulting, capital projects & infrastructure, asset management, construction management, or a related profession:
- Consultant Level: 1+ years post-graduate experience
- Senior Consultant Level: 3+ years post-graduate experience
- Director Level: 7+ years post-graduate experience
- Senior Director Level: 8+ years post-graduate experience

Compensation Disclosure: Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
Consultant level salary range: $71,000 – $95,000
Senior Consultant level salary range: $90,000 – $130,000
Director level salary range: $119,000 – $175,000
Senior Director level salary range: $160,000 – $285,000
