Salary: $18.50+ DOE

Local company in Kilgore seeking an Aluminum Welder.

Perform related tasks such as thermal cutting, grinding, and drilling. Determine layouts and weld parts and assemblies according to engineered drawings and specifications. Maintain a clean shop environment, including 5S of the work area and tools. Pay is $18.50/hr. Monday thru Friday, 6am – 2:30pm.

Qualifications:

• Must pass incoming welding tests for the work that will be assigned. Must have a High School Diploma/GED, and a clean background.
• Strong reading comprehension skills to understand drawings, work orders, or written instructions.
• Strong mathematical skills to perform basic calculations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to cooperate and work effectively with others.
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to work independently
