Summary
Collects, analyzes, maintains, and makes available to authorized users timely, accurate, and complete patient health information. Provides a service first attitude that facilitates the delivery of health care. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Minimum: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
Experience
Preferred: One (1) year medical record experience, preferred.
Special Skills
Minimum: Basic skills in verbal and written communication. Ability to type 15 wpm; PC experience required (if in a department with an electronic medical record).
