Job Summary

Manages and streamlines People & Culture (P&C) operational processes, focusing on improving data accuracy, identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Integrates new technologies, ensures compliance with P&C policies and legal requirements, and supports P&C analytics and reporting efforts to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Administers People & Culture (P&C) systems across core modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency.
Analyzes somewhat complex system-related issues, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements to optimize system performance.
Configures P&C systems to support new initiatives, process changes, and ongoing updates, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Documents system processes, configurations, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring consistency in system usage.
Coordinates somewhat complex troubleshooting efforts with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues.
Implements routine system updates, patches, and upgrades, collaborating with the IT team to minimize disruptions and maintain system stability.
Evaluates existing P&C system capabilities, recommending improvements and new features that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Communicates system-related changes and updates to stakeholders, providing training and support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks within the P&C systems, enhancing overall efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned

Required education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Specialized Degree: Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience

Years of Experience: 2-4 years
