About the Role Are you a product analyst looking to work on an industry wide programme? Do you want to help the financial industry transition to a new payment standard? As a product analyst (with GTM specialism), you will co-ordinate long tail customer engagement and sales enablement for ISO20022.As individuals, banks and corporates’ demand for frictionless, instant and innovative payment and securities solutions grows, we are looking for talented individuals to help us drive adoption of next generation payments and securities solutions. If you are looking to have direct impact on how the banking industry adapts to the changes in technology and customer expectations and have an affinity with financial services, then the Swift Transaction Management Tribe is a place for you.We are looking for an ambitious, talented, dynamic, and self-driven Product Analyst (Go To Market) for our ISO Programme. Reporting to the Chapter Lead for the Go-To-Market Chapter, you will work on a day-to-day basis as part of the ISO squad. This will offer you the opportunity to further grow both your technical and business expertise, as well as learn from colleagues involved in a number of key initiatives across the Tribe.ResponsibilitiesThe ISO squad within Swift Transaction Management Tribe is looking for a talented and dynamic Product Analyst.Working collaboratively with colleagues from product, CX, marketing communications and business development disciplines you will be accountable for:Customer engagement: driving community engagement across all client segments – development of product positioning, messaging, collaterals and tools to support overall adoption objectivesProduct content: Maintenance of product content, documentation, learning materialsCommunications: Maintenance of swift.com pages, FAQs, support pages to drive self-serve customer enquiriesExecute testing strategy: Utilising subject matter experience, build testing materials when needed and execute orchestrating testing. Execute testing plans by supporting internal teamsWhat will make you successful?Proactive, self-starter: willing to make things happen.
