RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Analyst, the successful candidate will:

Track and maintain detailed data in our best-in-class property database including lease transaction, active tenants, development pipelines in the market utilising JLL’s proprietary data management system

Analyse quantitative and qualitative data with respect of industry trends to preparation of quarterly market reports

Assist with coordination, writing, design, research and/or production of research pieces, and site survey as needed

Develop preliminary due diligences and feasibility studies on properties under supervision of senior team members

Meet and coordinate with clients and industry professionals

Report as required to internal teams in BKK and regional offices

On-site –Bangkok, THA
