L’équipe consolidation tient un rôle pivotant dans la préparation des états financiers et des notes afférentes en plus de diverses informations publiées sur le marché.

Tu travailleras avec des gens hautement qualifiés pour une entreprise publiques ayant une présence mondiale.

Tu entretiendras des relations étroites avec différentes équipes corporatives soient entre autres des Normes comptables, de la trésorerie, de taxe corporative, du légal et de la planification et analyses et des contrôles de gestion et avec diverses équipes opérationnelles dans nos différents secteurs d’activités.

Tu assuras une collaboration avec les différents contrôleurs à l’international pour les supporter lors des clôtures de nos exercices financiers.

Tu prendras une part active dans le processus de transformation et d’améliorations continue impliquant notre équipe.

Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe 

Au sein de l’équipe consolidation, vous relèverez de la gestionnaire consolidation et vous aurez à :

• Consolider l’information financière mensuellement.
• Fournir l’information financière pour la préparation des états financiers trimestriels et le rapport de gestion externe trimestriel.
• Participer à la préparation du bilan, l’état des résultats et l’état des flux de trésorerie trimestriel et annuel.
• Préparer et réviser certaines notes aux états financiers trimestriels et annuel.
• Analyser les postes de bilan, des résultats et du flux de trésorerie.
• Préparer des analyses de gestions ad-hoc pour la haute-direction.
• Participer aux transactions complexes de nos diverses entités.
• S’assurer que les processus respectent les politiques et procédure d’entreprise.
• Identifier et diriger des projets d’amélioration continue du processus de clôture du mois.

Le/l’Analyste information financière et consolidation recherché.e

• Titre comptable (CPA).
• 2-4 ans d’expérience en comptabilité / verification.
• Expérience en consolidation et en divulgation de l’information financière un atout.
• Bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS-Office (excel, word et power-point).
• Habile dans la gestion du temps, la priorisation et le respect des échéanciers.
• Orienté vers les résultats, capacité à travailler sous pression et dans des délais serrés.
• Fortes habiletés interpersonnelles/leadership et habiletés pour interagir et influencer des employés de tous les niveaux.
• Bonne capacité de synthèse et de communication.
• Esprit d’équipe, autonome, fiable.
• Bilinguisme français/anglais (écrit et à l’oral).

The consolidation team plays a pivotal role in the preparation of the financial statements and accompanying notes in addition to various information published on the market.

You will work with highly qualified professionals for a public company with a global presence.

You will maintain close relationships with various corporate teams, including Accounting Standards, Treasury, Corporate Tax, Legal and Financial Planning and Analysis and management controls and with operational teams in our various business sectors.

You will collaborate with the various international controllers to support them during the closing of our financial periods.

You will take an active part in the transformation process and continuous improvement involving our team.

This role will be based in Montreal, QC.

Your role within the Team

Aa a member of the consolidation team, you will report to the Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting and be responsible for:

• Perform the consolidation exercise of financial information monthly.
• Provide financial information needed for the preparation of the quarterly financial statements and MD&A.
• Participate in the preparation of the balance sheet, the income and cash flow statements on a quarterly basis.
• Prepare and review certain notes to the quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Analyze balance sheet, income statement and cash flow items.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for upper management.
• Participate in the complex transactions of our various entities.
• Ensure that processes follow corporate policies and procedure.
• Identify and lead continuous improvements projects around the month-end close process.

Qualifications for the Position

• Professional accounting designation (CPA).
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting/auditing.
• Experience in consolidation and disclosure of financial information an asset.
• Skilled in time management, prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Results-oriented, able to deal with potentially difficult situations and time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to interact and influence effectively with people at all levels.
• Good summary and communication skills.
• Team player, autonomous, conscientious and reliable.
• Bilingual in French/English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
