WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
An expert in web analytics and digital marketing technology with an entrepreneurial mindset.
This is a senior position that requires the ability to manage multiple requests, an analytics team and stakeholder within the regional consultancy team and various regional media teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful Analytics project delivery and client relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
Project Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of analytics projects including website tagging, platform structure, platform management, definition of best practices
- Define tagging methodology and process that are the best adapted to each client’s structure
- Work with the team to manage, modify, QA tags and data collection across the region
- Resolve day to day challenges encountered on measurement and perform different analytics tasks on different platforms including troubleshoot measurement issues and solve ad-hoc requests
- Support regular reports and presentations with key findings, observations, data insights and recommendation
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationship.
Team Management
- Oversee the local analytics team and ensure excellent and consistent delivery of analytics project in a timely manner
- Resource planning for the teams to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to support workload
- Manage the teams effectively, ensure regional processes are adopted
- Collaborate effectively with the data consultancy team sitting in different offices
- Manage stakeholder across other media teams across the region
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in data or digital marketing
- Proficient with Tag Management System like Google Tag Manager
- Proficient with web analytics solution – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Good understanding of media buying process and solution – Ad Server, DSP, Media buying solutions
- Proven track record in delivering analytics projects independently
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
- Strong analytical individual who enjoys lateral thinking and problem solving
- Attention to detail with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues across various data sources and platforms
- Proactive individual who is confident taking the initiative and working with colleagues across teams and departments
- Proactive, motivated, self-starter and willing to learn
- Fluent English & Korean communication, verbal and written
Desired Skills (Good to have)
- Any additional data management experience
- Knowledge and experience with Google stacks like Google Merchant Center, Campaign Manager is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in web A/B testing tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize or Adobe Target is a plus
- Experience with data visualization like Tableau & PowerBI is a plus
