Antenna Design EngineerJob Summary: As an Antenna Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and testing of advanced antenna systems for avionics and aerospace applications. We are looking for a talented and experienced Antenna Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design and develop advanced antenna systems for avionics and aerospace applications.
• Antenna Analysis: Perform comprehensive antenna analysis using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• RF Testing: Conduct RF testing and validation to ensure antenna performance meets required specifications.
• Low Observable Design: Design antennas with a focus on low observable (LO) characteristics to minimize detection.
• Radar Cross Section Reduction: Implement techniques to achieve low radar cross section (RCS) in antenna designs.
• Prototyping: Build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including RF engineers, system engineers, and product managers.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in antenna design and RF testing, with a focus on avionics and aerospace applications.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in antenna analysis and design tools (e.g., HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, ADS).
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and antenna principles.
• Experience with RF testing equipment and methodologies.
• Expertise in designing for low observable (LO) and low radar cross section (RCS) applications.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical documentation.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of avionics and aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with prototyping and hands-on testing.
• Familiarity with material science as it relates to antenna design.
