Hledáme nového kolegu/kolegyni do našeho product management týmu na pozici:

Aplikačný specialista/ka pro SW a Product Information Management:

Co bude Vaším úkolem?

SW nástroje:

• Podpora a lokalizace nových SW nástrojů Schneider Electric pro CZ a SK:
• Aktualizace existujících softwarových nástrojů
• Interní a externí školení softwarových nástrojů
• Úzká komunikace s channel managerom pro vytvoření strategie pro úspěšné zavedení SW nástroje u zákazníka
• Vyhodnocení a sledování zavedených nástrojů, interakce na základě výsledků
• Spolupráce s oddělením e-commerce, překlady dokumentace, komunikace s externí agenturou

Product information management (PIM) :

• Spolupráce s evropským (cluster) lídrem Schneider Electric
• Export e-commerce dat
• Aktualizace produktových stránek (validace, změny, klíčova slova, náhrady)
• Procesní řízení týmu produktových manažerů v oblasti PIM

Systém elektronické správy dokumentů:

• Nahrávání dokumentace
• Deaktivace dokumentace
• Řízení procesu správy dokumentace

Správa konfigurátorů:

• Aktivace, aktualizace, deaktivace konfigurátorů
• Pomoc při lokalizaci ostatních konfigurátorů

+ Vedení studentů pracujících jako podpora

Qualifications

Co očekáváme?

• SŠ/VŠ, vzdělání, ideálně technického směru
• Praxe na podobné pozici jako aplikační specialista / produktová podpora pro lokalizaci a řízení inženýrského softwaru na trhu
• Základná znalost elektrotechniky velkou výhodou
• Zkušenosti s projektovým řízením a prací s časovým harmonogramem
• Důslednost, pečlivost
• ŘP sk B, ochota k občasným cestám v rámci ČR
• Aktivní znalost angličtiny, úroveň B2
