Job Overview:

iManage Application Analyst will be responsible for configuration, customization, testing, debugging and documenting iManage application in collaboration with the RWJBH iManage Site Admin partners. This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with practice leads to assess, plan and address technological and training roadmap to remain current with technological changes, trends, and innovations in the legal matter management field.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Management or three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in iManage or similar document management or document collaboration application.
• Should be well organized, thorough, and able to handle competing priorities.
• Effectively troubleshoots replicates and develops workarounds for client issues.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions.

Preferred:

• Project management/coordination experience is preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full-time, Day

Essential Functions:

• Installing and configuring iManage Work and Cloud document management products.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and be able to implement resolution in compliance with application platform guidelines and information security policies.
