 Duties to include:
Sales functions including design applications, trouble-shooting questions from 
customers, sales costing & quoting; ability to manage multiple projects; requisition parts, produce 
submittal documents and manuals, provide CAD drawings (AutoCAD) of piping and equipment. 
Equipment includes water softeners, filters, reverse osmosis equipment, pump skids, and as needed to 
meet customer requirements at a competitive cost. 
Preferred Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or related engineering experience and/or training; or combination of education 
(Associate’s Degree) and experience as an Applications Engineer. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Knowledge of process piping, pipe practices, materials, and fabrication procedures. 
• Experience with reverse osmosis system design and function a plus. 
• Knowledge of MicroSoft Office Project software, a plus. 
• Sales quote preparation assistance 
• Ability to produce a Bill of Materials from engineering drawing. 
• Able to multi-task as related to design tasks, sales assistance, project alignment and daily 
 routine prioritizations. 
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, maintain accurate records and 
 documentation. 
• Positive, professional and productive, self-motivated, work independently with minimal 
 supervision. 
• Able to work well with colleagues, customers, and vendors. 
• Written and verbal communication skills, PC literate, including standard office software 
 knowledge (MS Office software: Word, Excel, and Outlook). 
• Working knowledge of 2D AutoCAD LT/2016 – AutoCAD 3D and/or Solidworks 
 experience a plus. 
• Plan, budget, schedule and coordinate projects. 
• Assist customer in installation, start-up or trouble shooting of new or existing systems via telephone or 
 other means of communication. 
• Promote teamwork and cooperation. 
• Any other duties as assigned by General Manager.
