  • education
    • Licensed by Arkansas State Board of Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Certification by national certifying body with prescriptive privileges. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner required.
  • experience
    • Three (3) years in psychiatric setting desired.

    • Normal office environment. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Required to stand, walk, sit and use fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Reach with hands and arms. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. May be exposed to airborne and infectious materials.
• JOB SUMMARY
  • Provide healthcare for patients of the St. Bernards Behavioral Health Outpatient Counseling Center and St. Bernard Behavioral Health Inpatient. Performs professional duties as follows: Assessment of health status of patients; Formulates an appropriate differential diagnosis; Prescribes medication within scope. Develops and carries out a plan of care in collaboration with inter disciplinary team. Periodically or based on the needs of the facility this position is responsible for independent medication management and care of inpatients during their stay.
