Job Description
Provide leadership and execution of a functional area at the plant level that ensures profitable results and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for capacity planning and execution of production schedules.
High level owner of 6S implementation and adherence.
High level owner of daily shop floor debriefs.
Support and ownership of Safety Program, safe work practices and countermeasure actions in assigned area.
Provide performance feedback and strategy for development of personnel.
Represent the business unit’s interests with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other Kimball business units.
Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).
Job Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Preferred BS/BA degree
2+ yrs. manufacturing management experience preferred or 2 + yrs. experience in a supervisory role leading/managing people/processes
Microsoft Office experience
Possesses knowledge of our core competencies and capabilities
Ability to train, motivate, and direct production employees
Planning, organizing, and communication skills
Personnel management & leadership skills
