Area Medical Sales Representative

Position Overview: On behalf of our valued client, we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated professionals for the role of Medical Sales Representative in Ontario to drive growth within their assigned regions. This position is essential for cultivating relationships, generating new business opportunities, and effectively promoting products in the medical sector, with a focus on high-end equipment and devices. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets for your territory by actively prospecting, cold calling, and closing high-value deals. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including medical professionals such as doctors, surgeons, and clinic managers. Sales Process Management: Move prospects through the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, while ensuring a smooth, personalized experience for each client. Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value of the products. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic approaches to territory management, ensuring consistent sales growth and customer retention. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, lead statuses, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, provide ongoing support, and resolve issues that may arise during or after the sales process. Qualifications: A strong background in sales, ideally in industries such as medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare-related technologies. Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales quotas, with a focus on high-value, long sales cycles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level decision-makers. Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Work Environment & Travel: This role is remote-based, and extensive travel is required to visit clients within your territory. You will spend significant time in the field, attending client meetings, product demos, and industry events. Expect travel to be approximately 60%, with overnight stays required as part of the role. Physical Demands: The role requires light physical activity, such as carrying and setting up product displays for demonstrations, and occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds.
