Who we’re looking for:

As a Digital Art Director, you’ll blend creativity with strategy, shaping innovative campaigns that captivate audiences across digital platforms. Your keen eye for design and deep understanding of user experience will drive our brand’s digital presence to new heights.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements, incorporating innovative techniques into our creative process.
• Analyze data and user feedback to optimize design solutions for maximum impact and engagement.
• Carry design projects from concept through completion within deadlines.
• Establish visual tone, character, and messages that will effectively connect with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives.
• Participate in client presentations and pitches, articulating creative concepts with confidence and clarity.
• Champion a culture of collaboration and creativity within the design team and across the organisation.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years proven experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your creative vision and execution.
• Proficient use in a range of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and XD are added benefits)
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and digital design principles, including responsive web design and mobile strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
