Who we are looking for:

VML Argentina is seeking a Senior Art Director with exceptional creativity, sensibility and a portfolio to prove it, to join our creative team and work with a leading brand and into Creative Team.

What you’ll do:

• Conceptualizing and executing innovative creative ideas for 360° campaigns, encompassing everything from digital strategy to offline pieces.
• Working closely with a Senior Copywriter, forming a high-performance creative duo to generate disruptive and memorable concepts.
• Developing the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
• Supervising the production of creative pieces, including art direction for photo and video shoots, as well as talent and location scouting.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in design, advertising, and digital marketing.
• Presenting creative ideas to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
• Guiding and mentoring other members of the creative team, sharing your experience and knowledge.

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience in Art Direction in advertising or marketing agencies, with a portfolio that demostrates your talent and versatility.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Solid knowledge of digital design, including web design, UX/UI, and social media.
• Teamwork, leadership, and proactive skills.
• Passion for creativity and the world of marketing.
