Job Opportunity – Asbestos Abatement Foreman

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety and precision? Join our team as an Asbestos Abatement Foreman, where you’ll play a critical role in protecting communities and ensuring regulatory excellence on every project.

About the Role

As our Asbestos Supervisor, you’ll lead abatement projects from start to finish—ensuring compliance, safety, and quality at every step. You’ll work closely with environmental and construction teams to deliver successful outcomes across a variety of job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage asbestos abatement projects in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee containment setup, air monitoring, and final clearance procedures.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets clearance standards.
• Travel locally and occasionally out of state for project assignments.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications through company-provided training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience as an Asbestos Foreman or Supervisor.
• AHERA 40-hour Asbestos Supervisor Certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in lead abatement, restoration, or industrial cleaning.
• HAZWOPER 40 and Lead Abatement certifications are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety protocols.

This is a long-term – direct placement position

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 – $62400.00/yr.
