ENTRY LEVEL HIRING – Assembler!!!

Job Description:

The Assembler will perform manual labor in a production line, assembling parts for satellite systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a production team to assemble parts.
• Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.
• Assemble satellite sub-assembly parts manually.
• Use various hand tools, measuring and test equipment.
• Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.
• Pack, seal, and move boxes.
• Pick up, move, and sort small parts.
• Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED. Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen allowed to work for any employer.
• Associate’s degree or certificate in a technical area.
• experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• High aptitude to work with small electronics, including soldering small electrical components or mechanical equipment.
• Experience in the space or aeronautical field.

The work is conducted in a clean room environment, requiring the wearing of smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and shoe covers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
