Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join a dynamic team of two as an electronic assembler. You will utilize a soldering iron and interpret blueprints and schematics to effectively assemble components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components using soldering iron and hand tools.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.
• Utilize digital volt meters and flow meters for assembly tasks.
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
• Conduct repairs both over the phone and in the shop, interacting directly with customers.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
• At least 2 years of technical schooling.
• 6+ months experience working with hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for maintaining spreadsheets.
• Experience with shipping processes is a plus.

• Mechanical Assembly (assembly of instruments or machines of a technical nature with moving parts)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $22.00/hr.
