Hours & Pay:

Shift: Monday – Friday jobs-near-me.org 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour to start

Temp-to-Hire: 90 days with pay increase to $20.00+ upon hire

Hours: 40+ hours weekly

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble product parts by hand and operate power tools to cut, drill, and attach components
• Apply labels, logos, and finishing details with precision
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify and remove faulty parts or materials from the line
• Package finished products for shipment
• Assist with unloading, organizing, and stocking materials
• Follow safety standards and report any production issues to supervision

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements using a tape measure
• Proficiency with handheld power tools (drills, box cutters, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs (heavy lifting required) and stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
